Tournament Rules of Halboffenes Osterturnier

Conditions of participation

These are the requirements for participation in the tournament:

• At least 30 rated games played
• A chessmail rating between 1250 and 2000
• The tournament is password protected, to participate you need to know the password.

Registration to the tournament and cancel an existing registration is possible until one hour before the start of the tournament. At least 3 participants are needed to start the tournament.

Use of tools

It must be used no chess computer or engine to find the chess moves in this tournament. Other aids, such as books, opening databases and the free board are allowed.

Tournament mode

In every round groups are created with a maximum of 5 players. The players in the groups play against each other, two games with both colors. Group winners qualify for the next round. There may be more than one group winner.

Games are rated as follows. Win: 1 point, Draw: ½ point, Loss: 0 points.

Game mode

The games will start automatically with the following settings:

• Two games with both colors
• Thinking Time: 7 days/move
• Rated Game

You can make a pause during the tournament. Pauses are declared in the user settings.

Tournament direction

The tournament will be directed by the club Damenfalle , represented by member Doublehunter.

Halboffenes Osterturier Zusatzregeln

Ein Turnier für Schachfreude die gerne interessante Partien spielen und nicht allzu lange auf einen Zug des Spielpartners warten wollen. Hierbei doch den Vorteil einer längeren Überlegungsphase jederzeit nutzen zu können.

Jeder der Interesse hat darf teilnehmen wenn folgende Kriterien erfüllt sind:

• Nicht jeder Zug 7 Tage Bedenkzeit dauert, sondern auch mal ein paar Züge am Tag gemacht werden.
• Seine Partien im Schnitt unter 2 Monaten dauern.
• Er sich als Clubgast anmeldet
• Seit mindestens 3 Monate Mitglied bei cm ist.
• Den Punktewert 2000 seit 2 Monaten nicht überschritten hat


Zusatztregeln:
• Wenn eine Partie über 50 Züge geht und das Turnier dadurch ins Stocken gerät, kann die Turnierleitung einen Plan von den beiden Spielern verlangen, wie sie gewinnen wollen. In diesem Fall können sie sich auch Rat bei einem erfahrenen Spieler ihres Vertrauens holen. Wenn es keine Einigung gibt obliegt es der Turnierleitung eine Entscheidung zu treffen. Beide Spieler sind verpflichtet sich daran zu halten.
• Sollten 2 oder mehr Spieler Punktegleich sein, kann es nach Sonneborn-Berger gewertet werden.
• Die Turnierleitung darf nicht ignoriert werden
