Muss man remi im Rahmen eines Zuges anbieten?

das sieht zumindest chessmail so vor. es entspricht auch ziemlich genau den FIDE-regeln:

"A player wishing to offer a draw shall do so after having made a
move on the chessboard and before pressing his/her clock."

genauer kann chessmail das remis-handling nicht umsetzen.
